My Food Today - Sept 22, 2011

Here's what I ate today:

Wake - up: 2 Clementines
Breakfast: Quaker Lower Sugar Instant Oatmeal, Oscar Mayer sliced turkey, watermelon, vitamins - Yogurt was my mid-morning snack

Lunch: Chicken Breast, Edamame, watermelon
Before Gym: Cliff Mountain Mix Mojo Bar

Dinner: Cauliflower, Green beans, Baked Breaded Tilapia
