Gym Time - Sept 30, 2011

Another session with the trainer today - we did legs and I can feel it already. When I stand up everything is a little shaky. I also did some cardio on the elliptical and the rowing machine. It was a good day and despite the shakiness I feel really good.

  1. woohoo another day in the gym ... I missed that this evening but a couple of things came up and I have to go to bed before an early start tomorrow. plus weigh in is tomorrow. 1 lb ... 1 lb.
