Weekly Totals Update

Sorry it's a little late, but we had some errands to run last night after my meeting so I did not get to the computer. I would have posted earlier today, but I took my father-in-law and wife out for a round of disc golf. I really love this sport (not very good at it though). It's great exercise! I took the pedometer with me (thanks Philip for the recommendation) and calculated how long of a walk it was and it is about 2.4 miles. That's a good amount of walking so I am happy with that!

Check out the totals on the right - it was a good week. My next goal I set for myself is 350 and I'm almost there (hopefully next week) and then I am going to shoot for 300 by the end of the year. That would be about 10 pounds per month - not sure if I can do it, but I am going to try my best to get there.

So stop on by and post some encouragement along the way or any thought for that matter.

  1. Yeah.....I love my pedometer. Way to go bro. So 300 by the end of the year. Hmmmmmm. We shall have to keep an eye on you cos there will be less to see and you will be able to start sneaking up on me!
