Week 4 Totals

Well it was a rough week. I had some challenges and troubles this week. I did not do well when we came back from our trip that evening and I had a few rough days this week that were stressful (I didn't overeat though!). I am not good at estimating portion sizes so when I came home from my Tuesday evening meeting I put the points in from the food they served and it was not very good - way more than I thought I used.

It is now Thursday and I do not have any weekly points left - that should be interesting. I will have to be careful with what I eat this weekend so I do not go over my points.

I did lose weight though - I believe it is part due to my increase in activity. I have been trying to go to the gym on a more regular basis and next week my brother and I are going to begin walking together a few nights a week. I am looking forward to spending the time with him!

  1. Yahoo...I would be grateful for 1.6 pounds cos it is better than 0.6 pounds and 1.6 pounds more than 0 pounds so that ROCKS.

    Did my 1.25 hours today...man am I sore.
