My Birthday

OK - so maybe starting WW on the week of your birthday was not the best idea, but here we are and here we go. I know that my coworkers are planning cake for Wednesday (I think carrot) and I am going to dinner with Lisa and my in-laws on Wednesday night at Pappasitos because they have half price fajitas for two on Wednesday. I'm looking forward to it, but I know I will need some help while at dinner. I have to remember to not worry if things do not go as planned. Everything will work out in the long run. I will attempt my first try at eating in moderation while eating out. Easter dinner was easy because we ate at Applebee's and they have WW items on their menu. Wish me luck on Wednesday evening.


  1. Yeah and I forgot to get the card in the mail today so it will be late. I am horrible at this. Probably why I need to find another woman that will put up with me one day and organize that part or my life.

    But can do it. Look...light breakfast, lots of broccoli and cauliflower for lunch and small piece of cake. Then all of your points for the evening. I always opt for corn tortillas but hey you will make it work. Have fun. Be smart. Live long.


  2. Well my birthday dinner went well. I ate 2 chicken fajitas (stuffed with pico and lettuce) a little bit of cheese and a tsp (if that) of sour cream. I ate half my rice (about 1/2 cup) and 1/2 my beans (about 1/3 cup). About 15 chips with salsa and maybe 1/4 cup of queso (I don't even think it was that much). Water to drink and a glass of diet coke. Overall I say it was a success. I stayed within my points for the day msybe using about 8 weekly points. Fruit for dessert - Lisa sent me an eddible arrangements for my birthday (fruit in the shape of a floral arrangement).
