Tomorrow is my weigh in for week 1. It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be this week. I had some struggles (usually feeling hungry between meals) and making sure I fit all of the good healthy habits in each day (water, lean protein, fruits and veggies, etc...), but overall it was a success. I prayed a lot this week and tried not to think about food. The one drawback is that you really have to pee a lot when you are drinking at least 64 oz. (more most days) each day. I have been told that my body will get used to it after a while and I will not have to go so much. Tune in tomorrow evening to check out my weekly updates in my weigh in box.
