Some tips for breakfast from my meeting this week.
Anti-Breakfast Fixes:
1. If you're never hungry in the morning - drink 1/2 cup of FF milk or yogurt (the drinkable kind) to boost your energy level and prevent overeating later in the day. Eat within a couple of hours.
2. Eat something else if you hate breakfast foods - there's nothing wrong with eating non breakfast foods for breakfast. Remember - everything in moderation.
3. Don't have time - think quick prep or ready to eat breakfast options.
Breakfast Boosters:
1. cayenne pepper
2. cinnamon and vanilla
3. salsa
Remember you need to kick start your metabolism every day with a nutritious breakfast!
