It was a good week. Lisa and I celebrated our anniversary (10 years). I went to the gym on Friday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and today!
Got on the elliptical and did the cross training program. There's one out of the 4 that I rotate between that kicks my butt! I now know what I need to work up to - that program. Been working my way back up to an hour - up to 40 minutes each day.
Check out the numbers on the right - lost some weight this week. It was a good week!!!!
