I know it's been a while. Almost a month since my last post. I've been dealing with some stuff lately and have not been really motivated to do anything - track, exercise, etc... So needless to say the weight has gone up. Not as much as I was expecting it to, but it did go up. Time to get back on track and kick this funk I've been in. I figure - if I can do this during the holiday season then I can do it anytime!
I can't change the past so there is no point dwelling on it. I can only effect the present and the future by the choices I make in the now. SO I need to stop dwelling on the past and live for NOW!
Time for a REBOOT!!!
