We did something a little different tonight at my meeting and it was kind of cool. I learned some more people's names (that I will probably forget by next week) and also that some of the people I talk to every week are really going through some tough situations right now. I feel for them.
Even though this week has been stressful and I have not been counting like I should or eating what I should I had a good week on the scale. I need to get my rear in gear and get to the gym between now and next Thursday so I can make sure that the trend continues in the right direction.
