Well I went up. I'm not sure how I feel right now. In the back of my mind I was hoping that I could pull it out and that it wouldn't go up, but I also felt like it could go up and probably should go up since I have not been tracking as much as I should and my activity level has gone down over the last two weeks.
I'm bummed, but I can write a list of whys so at least I know why and I am not sitting here shaking my head and wondering why did this happen.
Time to stop and refocus and get back on track - starting this morning I am back to tracking, exercising, and moving on with my life and goal of getting healthy. I am still sticking to my goal of getting to 300 by January. So it's time to get busy!!!
