Week 2
This week has been interesting. I have had my ups and downs this week - I have eaten out more than I wanted to, but I was craving certain items and if I don't take care of the cravings then I will go overboard when I finally break down. I have counted my points, but I know that eating out makes a difference in points because of how they prepare items. I will find out tomorrow how things have gone this week. I hope I have lost weight. I need to build up some consistent weeks so I get a good momentum going.
