Week 2 Totals

Well I went to my meeting tonight and found out that I didn't gain any weight. I was pretty bummed about it, but considering we went out to eat on my birthday last week and I had some ups and downs and didn't track as closely as I would have liked.

Even though Lisa and I will be running all day Saturday (2 weddings) I have to do a better job of tracking what I eat when I am not at home. I cannot estimate portion sizes (obviously that is one of the reasons how I got the way I am today)so I need to not try and go places to eat that are in my dining out guide. I WILL get better at this and I WILL succeed. I cannot afford not to.

On a brighter note - I have lost 19 pounds since the beginning of the year. We had our final weigh in today for the Healthy Living challenge that we have been doing in my school district and I lost a total of 19 pounds since the beginning of January. That's pretty cool.


  1. It is alright to be down...but realize what the challenges are and how to overcome them. I am so proud of that on statement. I WILL get better at this and I WILL succeed.
