Before leaving for work I had a banana when I got up.

|Lunch: Fuzzy Picture - Jason's Deli salad bar with two eggs, cheese, bacon, lite ranch, and 3 cornbread muffins and I did have a small ice cream cone for dessert|
|Afternoon Snack: Pre gym snack Clif Mojo bar and half a banana|
|Dinner: Post workout - chicken breast, sausage, cauliflower, and brussels sprouts|
