Here's the low down on what I ate today:
Before leaving for work I had a banana when I got up.

Breakfast: Sausage, 2% cheddar cheese slices, and two corn tortillas and my vitamins |
Morning Snack at work: some diced watermelon that I didn't eat at breakfast

Lunch: Fuzzy Picture - Jason's Deli salad bar with two eggs, cheese, bacon, lite ranch, and 3 cornbread muffins and I did have a small ice cream cone for dessert |

Afternoon Snack: Pre gym snack Clif Mojo bar and half a banana |

Dinner: Post workout - chicken breast, sausage, cauliflower, and brussels sprouts |
