WOW, what a week! After a few late nights at work this week - I'm almost done! Big wedding Saturday so I'll be busy at that. I decided tonight - or at least realized that while I thought it would come off a little quicker I think I am OK with it only being about a pound a week. I'm not totally sure about that, but pretty close. As I have been told - "you didn't put it on overnight - so it's not going to come off overnight." If anything comes out of WW it will be the skill of patience.
Thanks to everyone for their support during this journey. I know that I will need the encouragement to do this because it is going to take a while, but that's OK.
